South Australian Training Awards

In 2011 dbusiness events produced a highly technical, yet creatively beautiful space for the SA Training Awards. We had a great time creating an event which aims to reward individuals and organisations for innovative approaches to training in Soutyh Australia. The Training Awards are the peak state awards for vocational education and training, recognising innovation and excellence in the training sector. These awards are the pre runner to the National Training Awards. We have been contracted again for 2012 and look forward to developing another exciting event.

Corporate event organising

We have enjoyed an easy, responsive and creative relationship with dbusiness in putting together a number of events for us over the past few years.

Outdoor event planning

Deb took on board the role of event manager of a new South Australian Festival with a niche target market - CheeseFest. I quickly realised how professional, organised and capable Deb was and consequently asked her back the following year. However, realising her capabilities first hand we extended her role even further to event liaison. The event has grown by almost triple. Deb is not phased by any situation and handles trouble shooting with a level head and a seek the solution attitude.

Conference planning

The planning and management of the World Zoo Conference held in Adelaide in 2008 was first class. dbusiness made sure that all the complicated needs of schedules of more than 400 participants from over 40 countries were anticipated in advance and social programs and venues were just right. The coordination and smooth progress during the conference was a vital part of its overall success and all the interactions happened in a friendly fashion so that it became a real team achievement

Saint Ignatius' College sought the services of dbusiness to help us plan and implement our 60 Year Anniversary Dinner.
